Vicki Dumbeck is an Executive Vice President and Elgin Market President of Frontier Bank of Texas. She manages all aspects of consumer real estate lending, including loan recommendations, loan production, and credit policies and procedures. Cole can rope and ride with the best of them! He holds an MBA in Agricultural Education and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Leadership from Texas Tech University. Bolton serves as a Director of Small Business and Commercial Banking since 2019, and previous to that, he was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking. Bolton is responsible for developing small business and commercial bankers to deliver best-in-class community banking. He is passionate about providing top-notch deposit and loan solutions with expedited service throughout Central Texas. He enjoys competitive calf roping, team roping, and bay fishing. Cole also owns and operates his own cattle company, where he raises heifers to breed and pre-conditions yearlings. Bolton and his wife are residents and owners of a beef cattle operation in Austin, where he raises heifers to breed and pre-conditions yearlings.

We have horses, 14 Alpacas, 3 Llamas, 4 Dwarf Nigerian goats (Lucy and her babies, Jolene, Trudy & Charlotte), and many other animals that we love dearly.

I love spending time with my husband and value the time spent with our animals. Each has its own personality, especially our babies (Mia, Ferdinand & Jack Frost) and our baby alpacas.

Every customer is different, and you need to understand the industry, how the business works, and their challenges. While it can be challenging to adapt to each customer and industry, it makes the job the most fun!

What do you find is the most challenging part of banking?
It is both challenging and fun to be my customers’ banker. They all need something different, but I need to be versatile and be a Swiss Army Knife as just one person.
